🎨 Painting Basics

The palette on the left has everything you need to build your table:

• Placements — The main cell content (WIN, HIGH, SAFE, BTM, ELIM, etc.). Click a chip, then click or drag across cells to paint.
• Borders — Visual overlays around cells (Immunity ⭐, Chocolate Bar 🍫, etc.). Paint them on top of any placement.
• Subtexts — Small labels below the placement (Mini Win 🏆, Gifted Badge, etc.). You can stack multiple subtexts on the same cell!

💡 Click and drag to paint multiple cells at once!

🔢 Smart Auto-Numbering

• TOP placements — Automatically become TOP2, TOP3, etc. based on how many WINs and TOPs are in that episode
• BTM placements — Automatically become BTM2, BTM3, etc. based on how many BTMs and ELIMs are in that episode
• HIGH/LOW — These don't auto-number; use them for critique-only queens

🔄 Combo Placements

Some placements can combine with others:

• RTRN combos — Paint a placement on top of RTRN to show what the returning queen got (e.g., RTRN + SAFE)
• QUIT/DISQ/DEPT combos — Paint QUIT, DISQ, or DEPT first, then paint another placement on top to show their last result before leaving (e.g., WIN + QUIT)

✏️ Editing the Table

• Queen names & ages — Click directly on them to edit
• Queen photos — Click the image to upload, or paste from clipboard
• Episode headers — Click to rename episodes
• Reorder queens — Drag the grip handle (|) on the left side of each row
• Reorder episodes — Drag episodes in the sidebar list
• Custom ranks — Uncheck "Auto-rank" in Settings to manually type ranks in the table

⚙️ Custom Placements

Need something not in the palette? Create your own!

• Look for the + button in the Placements, Borders, or Subtexts section of the sidebar
• Choose a name, colors, and other settings
• Your custom items appear in the palette ready to use

⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts

• Ctrl+Z — Undo your last action
• Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y — Redo
• Ctrl+Scroll — Scroll the table horizontally
• Esc — Close menus and dropdowns

🌍 Global Mode

Show country flags beside contestant names (like Global All Stars):

• Enable Global Mode — Go to Settings → check "Global Mode" to add a flag column
• Set flags in sidebar — Use the flag dropdown next to each contestant's name to pick their country
• Set flags in table — Click directly on a flag cell in the table to change it
• Stacked flags — Some options like "Down Under" show multiple flags stacked together

💡 Flags export correctly in both PNG and HTML!

💾 Saving & Exporting

• Save Project — Downloads a .json file with all your work (queens, episodes, placements)
• Load Project — Open a previously saved .json file to continue editing
• Export HTML — Get the table code to paste into wikis or websites
• Export PNG — Download the table as an image

💡 Save often! Your work isn't automatically saved.

⚙️ New: Editable Ranks

• Disable auto-ranking — Uncheck "Auto-rank" in Settings to manually edit rank cells directly in the table, just like contestant names

📍 Find it: Settings panel → uncheck "Auto-rank"

🔧 Fixes

• Flag export rendering — Flags were appearing blank in exported PNG images; switched to a CORS-compatible CDN so flags now render correctly in exports
• Multi-line contestant names — Breaking a long name into multiple lines no longer discards everything after the first line when the table updates
• LSFTC ranking — Queens who lost the same round of Lip Sync for the Crown now correctly share a rank, and the queen who lost the final round is ranked 2nd

🌍 New: Global Mode

Show country flags beside contestant names, just like global season tables!

• Flag column — Enable in Settings → "Global Mode" to add a flag column next to contestant names
• Easy selection — Pick flags from the dropdown in the sidebar, or click directly on flag cells in the table
• All franchises — Includes flags for all Drag Race franchises with their in-show names (Italia, Sverige, Belgique, etc.)
• Any country — Select "Other..." to search and pick from 250+ countries worldwide

📍 Find it: Settings panel → check "Global Mode"

🔧 Fixes

• RTRN + ELIM combos — Queens who returned and got eliminated in the same episode now correctly show a rank instead of TBA
• Export text wrapping — Fixed text wrapping issues in exported PNG images
• Export stacked flags — Stacked flags now render correctly in exported images

🔧 Fixes

• Horizontal scrollbar at top — The table's horizontal scrollbar now appears at the top, just below the palette, for easier navigation
• Row reorder grip fixed — Fixed an issue where dragging contestant rows wasn't working properly
• Returning queens show TBA — Queens who returned to the competition (RTRN) after being eliminated now correctly show "TBA" instead of a rank

✨ Improvements

• Smarter ranking — Ranks are now calculated based on elimination order, not row position. First eliminated = last place, based on how many queens were still competing at the time

🎭 New: QUIT, DISQ & DEPT Combo Placements

• QUIT + combos — Paint any placement on top of a QUIT cell to create combos like WIN + QUIT. The cell keeps QUIT's pink color so it's clear they left.
• DISQ + combos — Same idea! Paint on a DISQ cell to create combos like HIGH + DISQ. Keeps the black DISQ background.
• DEPT + combos — Paint on a DEPT cell to create combos like HIGH + DEPT. Keeps the plum DEPT background.

💡 Try it: Paint QUIT on a cell (find it in Events tab), then paint WIN on top!

⭐ New: All Stars WIN Variants

3 new placements added for Lip Sync Assassin format seasons:

• WIN (LS Win) — Top All Star won the lip sync alongside the Assassin (darkblue)
• WIN (LS Loss) — Top All Star lost to the Assassin (light blue)
• WIN (LS Tie) — Tie in group voting, still had elimination power (steelblue)

📍 Find them: Placements tab → click the ▾ arrow next to WIN to expand

💃 New: Rudemption Smackdown Placements

3 new placements for Rudemption Lip Sync Smackdown episodes:

• LOSS — Lost the smackdown and didn't continue (pink/red)
• WIN — Won the smackdown and advanced (light blue)
• SOLO — Performed solo when opponent sat out (light green)

📍 Find them: Events tab → LOSS chip → click ▾ to expand

🏷️ New: Subtexts

2 new subtext labels you can add below any placement:

• DOUBLE DIAMOND — For queens who earned the Double Diamond
• GIFTED BADGE — When someone received a Gifted Badge

📍 Find them: Subtexts tab in the palette → paint on any cell

✨ Improvements

• TBA rank display — Queens without a terminal placement (elimination, winner, etc.) now show "TBA" instead of a rank number
• Smarter TOP numbering — All WIN variants (including the new All Stars ones) now count toward TOP2/TOP3 auto-numbering
• Better bold handling — Combo placements now respect each part's bold setting separately
